I have worked in a range of settings, helping countless clients from a diversity of backgrounds since I started training in 2008. Having lived in England, Cyprus, and the US, I am particularly sensitive to issues around immigration, culture, identity, bias, and belonging.

My approach is primarily psychoanalytic which focuses on understanding the unconscious, and developing insight about ourselves and others. This can involve an examination of the past, with the intention of freeing ourselves up in the present, and as an investment for our future. People often leave psychoanalytic therapy living life in a more connected, creative, joyous, authentic, and meaningful way, as well as feeling more in tune with their body. I also integrate cognitive/behavioral, neuroscientific, existential, and spiritual perspectives in my work.
