I provide individual psychotherapy to individuals aged 18 +

Therapy can be provided in person in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, at Held Space, 960 Manhattan Ave., or on the Upper East Side at The Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research, 1651 Third Ave. I also work virtually using a telehealth platform.

Therapy can be provided in English and Greek.

I have extensive training and experience working with internationals, immigrants, people of color, and people who are interested in exploring their roots. Much of my work has been with individuals in their 20s and 30s, although I have also worked with adults of all ages including older adults. Areas of focus include relationships, dating, intimacy, communication, family dynamics, money, self-care, creativity, work, immigration, grief, and trauma.

If we decide to work together, we will collaboratively decide on the frequency of sessions. The length of treatment/number of sessions can be assessed as we progress. My approach is flexible, and I welcome clients who would like to work within a time-limited framework, to tackle a specific issue for a few sessions, weeks, or months.

I am not in-network with insurance, and provide sliding scale fees on a case-by-case basis.
